$18.00 - $20.00 per hour!
- Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold
- Assist in packing, loading, unloading and unpacking furniture, equipment and materials according to project requirements
- Safely handle fragile and valuable items with care to prevent damage during transportation
- Collaborate with restoration team members to ensure efficient and effective movement of items within project sites
- Follow established protocols for proper lifting techniques to ensure personal safety and that of others
- Organize and maintain inventory of materials and supplies used during restoration projects
- Maintain clean and orderly workspaces, ensuring tools and equipment are stored appropriately
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and address any concerns
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guideline at all times
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during the moving process
- Demolition of structural damage to properties through the use of hand and power tools
- Complete assigned tasks and notes in our primary operating system (RMS)
- Take photos of jobs assigned at start, completion, and throughout the process
- Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad, computer)
- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: RMS and Contents Tracker
- Ability to create documents
- Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
- Ability to work within hazardous environments safely
- Ability to operate a company vehicle safely and obtain a DOT
- Maintain a level of confidentiality
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer Service experience
- Constantly move about job sites; stairs, walkways, roofs, crawl spaces
- Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
- Frequently will lift up to 60lbs
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
